Mortgage Advice, Loan Advice Insurance Advice

Whether you re looking for Whole of Market Mortgage Advice, Loan Advice or Insurance Advice, you ve come to the right place. Here at Finance Advice Centre, we believe we can help you with pretty much all of your Mortgage, Loan and Insurance needs. We especially like the challenge of placing difficult cases that others can t. If that s not enough, we can even get your Utilities at highly competitive prices as well. All you need to do is ask one of our advisors for more details!

Being able to give Whole of Market Mortgage Advice simply means that as a mortgage advisor you have access to a wide range of banks, building societies and insurers in the UK. However, just because a mortgage advisor has access to the Whole of Market, doesn t mean that they necessarily have the right knowledge or expertise to be able to give you the right Mortgage Advice and therefore the best products. This is where Finance Advice Centre is very different. Our advisors are all trained with specialist complex cases in mind. No matter how challenging your situation is if there is a solution we ll do everything we can to find it for you!

One example is if you re trying to get a mortgage but have only just started a new job. Many lenders will require you to have been working in that role for a set amount of time. Having access to the Whole of Market wouldn t necessarily mean that all advisors giving Mortgage Advice know which lenders to place your case with even though they are able to use all of them.

A lot of Whole of Market advisors only deal with a panel of lenders who pay them the most commission. Finance Advice Centre is different in this respect as well. We will always strive to find you the best possible Mortgage, Loan or Insurance product available and ensure you get the best deal regardless of how much commission we gain. At Finance Advice Centre we pride ourselves on going the extra mile. We do this to make sure our clients get the best possible advice every single time!

If you need some Mortgage Advice, Loan Advice or Insurance Advice please get in touch. We would love to help you. You can call us, leave us a message or even meet us face to face. In addition, feel free to browse the site and read our information pages. All initial advice is under absolutely no obligation and is free of charge. After assessing your situation during your free initial consultation, depending on the nature and complexity of your case, we may even be able to help you through the entire process without it costing you anything.

However, if we are going to charge any fees, you will always know exactly what they are before you apply. Finance Advice Centre firmly believe in treating customers fairly . This is making sure you get first class customer service every step of the way!

Making better money choices with Fresh Finance

    Debt Management

Help if you have debts of ВЈ2,000 and over

Debt Management allows you to pay one affordable monthly payment for all of your unsecured bank loans, credit card repayments and your other debts.

Firstly the hassle of dealing with your paperwork and and day-to-day dealings with your creditors is taken away. Secondly, our selected debt partners will look to negotiate the freezing of charges and interest on your accounts to help stop your debts increasing.

    Bankruptcy

Help if you have little or no disposable income

If you are facing bankruptcy then it is important to speak to a professional debt advisor before proceeding with bankruptcy.

Fresh Finance was set up to deal specifically with cases of serious debt that require immediate expert help. Advice is given both on avoiding declaring Bankruptcy and also how to go through the whole bankruptcy process.

Help if your debts are over ВЈ5,000

An IVA can help you write off the debts you cannot afford. Debts that qualify for an IVA can be cleared in a set time period (usually 5 to 6 years).

An IVA is a legal process by which you can gain protection from your unsecured creditors by entering into a legally binding repayment agreement with them, which is then supervised by a licensed insolvency practitioner.
