Prof. Datuk Ariff will present a talk on THE MALAYSIAN ECONOMY THE ISLAMIC FINANCE INDUSTRY to 33 visiting undergrads from Department of Economics Statistics, Korea University at Sejong in Seoul who are in Malaysia to know more about our economy. They are at INCEIF to find out about IF and its contribution to the Malaysian economy. Datuk will make comparison between South Korea, an OECD country, and Malaysia which despite being at par economically with SKorea 25 years ago, is currently caught in the middle income trap .
